1. About our stickers and application
Our stickers have what is called a "bubble free" technology, which means that the material has tiny and invisible holes, allowing air to escape so that no bubbles are formed. They're also easily repositionable in case you do not get them right the first time, since the glue only develops its maximum adhesion after a few days.
All orders come with a user manual appropriate to the product, that you can also find on this page.
We also have small children and our priority is and always will be their well being. For this reason all our products have been laboratory tested (EN-71, EN-72 and EN-73) to ensure compliance with the European Toy Safety laws and carry the CE mark.
The inks we use are certified with OEKO-TEX and Greenguard Certification ensuring that it has met some of the world's most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air, and is acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.
No. The sticker can be repositioned in the minutes following the application. But after that the glue starts to adhere better and it will no longer be possible to reuse the sticker. Why? Because it will no longer adhere well to the new spot and can become a risk for younger children.
You won't need any special tools, just a small cloth to help you apply and previously clean the place where you'll apply the sticker. This first step is very important to ensure that the sticker adheres nicely.
If you want to store the stickers, please do so in a dry place that is not subject to large temperature differences. Do not store our stickers in a garage or storage area subject to humidity or low temperatures or they will peel off and lose their adhesion before you can enjoy them!
Our furniture and wall stickers can be easily and simply removed.
Pull the sticker slowly and at a flat angle of 45°. For smooth surfaces, such as IKEA furniture, where our stickers adhere very well, use a hair dryer to heat and soften the adhesive and make removal easier.
When removing stickers from walls, you may notice small grey spots remaining. These are glue residues and can easily be removed with a wet cloth or a scrubber without pressing too hard. As we have no way of knowing the previous state of the place where you will apply our stickers, it is possible that damage may occur to paint, varnish or wallpaper when removing them.
2. About wall stickers
We can tell you in advance: the smoother the surface, the better the adhesion of the sticker will be. Please note that our stickers won't adhere on rough walls or wallpapers. We also do not recommend the application on walls with latex paint, silicone or Teflon coating.
Well in most cases we can say yes! However, there are many factors that interfere with the adhesive power of our stickers, such as the quality of the paint, the temperature and direct luminosity.
If your sticker starts to fall off, try the hair dryer trick! Really, the heat of the hair dryer can help to soften the glue and make the sticker adhere better to the surface. Use the dryer on minimum power and then press the sticker against the wall again. This trick can be very useful for walls with some texture.
Do not use glue or tape to fix it. We don't recommend it because it may not be possible to remove it without leaving residues or damaging your walls.
Other reasons for poor adhesion:
- Where the walls completely dried off? You must wait at least 3 weeks for the paint to dry before applying the stickers.
- Was the sticker stored for too long? Our stickers should not be stored for too long because they loose their glue strength over time.
- Was the surface clean? Make sure there is no dust or grease when applying the stickers as it also reduces the adhesion.
3. About payment, shipping and delivery
We offer you prepayment by bank transfer, credit card, purchase on account or PayPal as payment options. If you're experiencing any difficulties with payment or you wish to make a bank transfer let's talk!
You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email after every order, including our account details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No. You can easily check out as a guest! We, of course, recommend that you create an account, so that you can track the status of your order or save your favourite products!
In order to avoid waste, each order is printed on the moment and especially for you. We do not keep stock of stickers, because as said before, they lose their quality when not applied in a short period of time.
This custom process brings higher waiting times and therefore your order may take between 3 to 10 working days to arrive. Please contact us if more days have passed or if you have an urgent order request and we'll do our best to help you.
At the time we're not able to offer that possibility yet. But if you are reading this and have a physical shop where you would like to have our catalogue, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please, find all the information you need about our return and refund policy in this page.
